This is the 1^st astrophoto I ever took. Like many astrophotographers, it all began one night when you hold up your digital camera to the eyepiece of your telescope and snap a photo, and it came out like this!! As it happens, this particular moon shot was on a night when the moon was as close as it will ever get again for several hundred years.
